Project Overview:

In June 2024, the design and execution of the exterior façade for the new DeFacto retail branch in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, was successfully completed. The project aimed to create a modern, visually impactful exterior aligned with DeFacto’s brand identity and tailored to attract customer attention in a high-traffic commercial area.

This branch of DeFacto operates in the hypermarket sector and offers a wide range of products including:

• Men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing

• Home appliances and kitchenware

• Carpets and home décor items

• Other lifestyle and household products
  

  Technical and Executive Highlights:

  • Conceptual and technical façade design based on DeFacto’s visual branding standards, with a focus on aesthetics and modern commercial architecture.

  • Installation of 3D signage (Channel Letters): covering a total area of 200 square meters, crafted from high-quality materials and equipped with LED lighting.

  • Complete façade execution: including metal substructure, panel installation, lighting systems, and all complementary architectural elements, strictly adhering to international quality standards.

  • Integrated design with the interior layout, creating a consistent and appealing customer experience.
